Carbs Blueberries

Blueberries have great nutritional value. They do have carbs though, and if you are on a keto diet, you need to know amounts of blueberries allowed daily.

So how many Carbs Blueberries have?

Carbs Blueberries: 1/2 cup of raw blueberries has 10.5g of carbs. This includes 1.7g of fibre, so there are 8.8g of net carbs in blueberries.

But dried blueberries are often topped up with additional sugar and therefore are not keto-friendly.

Blueberries have a great nutrition value.

  • Blueberries contain iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin K. So they are essential for healthy bones
  • Fibre, folate, vitamin C and B6 are important for heart health
  • Vitamin C and collagen are also essential to keep skin elastic and healthy
  • Vitamin C and vitamin A are well-known antioxidants which prevent cells damage and cancer development
  • And fibre in blueberries help digestion

Are blueberries keto-friendly? Raw blueberries may be a part of a keto food plan if you happen to persist with a reasonable portion measurement of 1/2 cup (74 grams). Different blueberry merchandise like jellies or pie fillings are too high in sugar and carbs for keto.
