Keto recipes with ground beef

Keto Beef Stroganoff
- 500 grams of ground beef
- 300 grams of mushrooms
- Salt, pepper and paprika up to individual taste preferences
- Butter, 2 tablespoons
- 1 cup of sour cream
- one garlic
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- Mince the garlic (you can do it with a knife by cutting into really small pieces or use a special garlic squeezer kitchen utensil).
- Melt butter in a pen and fry garlic on a low fire, mixing constantly until the garlic becomes soft.
- Add minced beef, salt and pepper. Mix and fry on low fire until it’s all brown by mixing frequently.
- Slice mushrooms and fry them separately on a pen with a small amount of butter. Fry for 5 minutes then add a bit of water to the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes on a low heat.
- Add sour cream to the mushrooms, mix together, cook for 3 minutes on a low heat.
- Add beef to the pen with white creamy sauce, add paprika (if you like it) and parsley and stir and cook for 5 minutes all together on a low heat.
Keto Beef Meatballs
- 500 grams of ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of double cream
- Salt, pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Half a cup of grated parmesan cheese
- Half a cup of tomato pasta
- Put ground beef, egg and cheese into a bowl. Mix well together. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
- Make small meatballs from the mass above.
- You can use low carb keto bake spray or baking pepper to line the tray and preheat the oven. Bake meatballs for 12 minutes.
- Put double cream, tomato pasta and garlic powder in a pen. Mix all together and cook for 5 minutes on a low heat.
- Add meatballs to the saucepan and cook together for 5 minutes on a medium heat.

Keto Beef Stuffed Peppers
- 500 grams of ground beef
- 6-10 bell peppers (any color you prefer)
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic
- Salt, pepper to your taste
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Cream cheese
- 2 medium zucchini
- 5 crushed tomatoes
- Cut the tops of the peppers to make them look like bowls ready for filling.
- Put the peppers into the baking tray (you can use low carb baking spray or baking paper as lining)
- Cut zucchini into small square pieces and put them in a separate bowl. Add some salt and pepper and let them stay away for about 15 minutes.
- Fry minced garlic and chopped onion in butter in a pen on a low heat.
- Add ground beef to the pen and cook on low heat till it all becomes brownish
- Put a thin layer of cream cheese at the bottom of bell pepper bowls.
- Dry zucchini with a pepper towel.
- Add a thin layer of ground beef cooked into the pepper bowls.
- The third layer is zucchini.
- Next 4th layer is crushed tomatoes.
- Bake bell peppers for about 30 minutes in the oven.
- Once baked, top them up with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for the last 5 minutes with the cheese on top.
