You should not eat nutella and honey as dessert options while on a keto diet. Nutella, although it can be one of your favorite options, has a lot of refined carbs and can easily take you out of ketosis. If you like chocolate a lot, consider dark chocolate which is keto-friendly.
Honey, although healthy on its own, should not be a part of keto diet as it is high in carbs. If you need to sweeten one of keto desserts, you should use keto-friendly sweeteners which are low in carbs.
You can drink Diet Cola on keto or any other diet soda, though it is still recommended to consume more pure water and use diet soda as a treat, as it can easily make you crave sugar foods more.
