Before blending it, leave it outside for a few minutes so the cubes will set apart.

Put watermelon in a bowl, add lemon or lime juice and blend until the mixture is smooth. If needed, add some water. You can use keto-friendly sweetener if you prefer a slightly sweeter taste. Sorbet can be served straight away or put back into a freezer.

  • 1 avocado

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Peel avocado and cut it into small cubes. 
  2. Remove skin and seeds of watermelon, cut it into small square cubes.
  3. Break down the walnuts.
  4. Put lettuce on the plate as the bottom layer.
  5. Add avocado, ham, watermelon, cheese, nuts.
  6. Top it up with olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
  7. You can add additional herbs, such as mint or basil to your taste.

Keto Watermelon Cocktail

You can make this cocktail with alcohol or without it. It’s cool, refreshing and really simple to make.

  • 200 grams of water melon
  • White rum
  • Ice cubes
  • Keto – friendly sweetener (optional)
  • Lime juice or lemon juice
  1. Cut watermelon into small cubes and remove the seeds.
  2. Put in a blender watermelon, rum, lime juice and a bit of sweetener (optional).
  3. Blend well, add ice cubes and serve
  4. If you go for a non-alcoholic cocktail instead of rum you can add some water or low carb soda.
