 Keto recipes with ground beef

Is beef keto? Yes, it is. Beef belongs to animal proteins and as others in this group: chicken, eggs, seafood, pork – is also keto-friendly. Organic beef has 0 carbs.

There are plenty of keto recipes with ground beef. Here we selected the most popular and easy ones.
